We are all guilty of saying, "Never mind, just enjoy now, suffer later." That is OK if we are talking about occasional unhealthy indulgences. But when it comes to clearly unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits that one practices frequently and over a long time, it is a differently matter altogether.
Unhealthy Habits - Enjoy Now, Suffer Later? It need not be this way. There is a better choice we can all make. Let's learn to love healthy habits that will love us (our health) back.
