One of the biggest issues with Shilajit today is lack of regulation.
We’ve seen products sold with no heavy metal testing, no microbial testing, and no proof of beneficial compounds — despite being sourced from mineral-rich regions where contamination is common.
Authentic Shilajit should be:
• Resin form (least processed)
• Glossy in appearance
• Strong, earthy — never sweet
• Thick, not runny
• Fully lab-tested for heavy metals, microbials, and beneficial compounds
Anything less isn’t worth the risk.
