Celebrating the achievement of Beatrice Koh, who obtained the 1st runner up in the free oral paper category for the Healthcare Quality Society of Singapore Forum 2024!!! This recognition highlights her and her team’s significant impact in being able to leverage available technology to reduce non-actualised appointments by identifying patients in the healthcare system that are currently warded. This allows her team to provide podiatry patients who require an earlier appointment, an appointment, in place of those who are currently warded and unable to attend appointments. An ingenious way to improve our public healthcare service delivery. We’re honored to be able to post her contribution and celebrate this fantastic achievement. 👏
