Homeward is the second book published by Birren Centre with stories of Teachers and Students. Two of my GAB students Lee Jean, who's my teacher for the Laughter Yoga Leader Program and Angela Wong Lai Sheung, fellow community outreach partner. Very proud and happy that we had our stories published. Mine was in the first publication for Teachers.

The Taiwanese director did a great job, and each section contains the pictures of our growth process, which is very touching. Kudos to the production team of this video.

The film is not only in-depth and moving, but it is really rare to have such a thinking, to find materials, and to make such a touching film.

The more I chew on the meaning of chopsticks in this video, the more I shed tears.

Chopsticks are a strong emotion of Chinese people. May the Chinese people and all those who use chopsticks be grateful to the heaven and the earth, and attach great importance to love and righteousness. Since this can be done, why can't the world be at peace?

I hope everyone will spread this positive energy video to nourish the hearts of everyone.
