[Body Talk] Do you know that your body parts can talk to you?
I have been trying to keep up a habit of meditating daily. Yesterday morning I did a healing meditation, by drawing energy from the sky and earth, and bring it into the body. At first the energy didn't quite came through. I wasn't surprised, as I wasn't feeling well lately. So I decided to open up the Chakras one by one, the base and 2nd charkra were the hardest to get them running. (I wasn't surprised either, which I'll explain further…)
After the meditation. I went on to do some stretching, to relief my persistent lower back and hips pain. As I was stretching the right piriformis muscle (butt cheek muscle), I had this vision of a wild daisy. Wasn't sure of what it meant, so I looked into it further. The word "resilience" appeared. Basically my butt muscle was telling me how tough it had been all the while (=.=''').
At that moment I realized how much strains I have been putting onto my body. Especially with holding on to fears and insecurities, and unable to release them.
Base chakra> sense of safety and security
2nd chakra> intimacy and "marshmallow" emotions
Muscles strains> unable to release/relax
Appreciate and love your body, for all it's support for your everyday's life, and giving in to all your mindlessness abuse. ❤
