1 in 10 babies born in Singapore are premature, and a large proportion of these premature babies and their families suffer from short and long term medical, financial, emotional complexities. The Cozy Project hopes to improve the welfare of premature babies and their families so that there is increased support for them (: A little warmth & coziness for the preemies can go a long way! We do hope that our page will enlighten you more about the situation of preemies in Singapore - we do hope you'll support our cause & join us in making the world a warmer and cozier place for preemies & and their families! (:

Love,
The Cozy Project

Did you guys catch the debut episode of The 5 Show last night? The Quins and their parents were featured on this first episode. KK Women's and Children's Hospital had just moved to their new location when the Quins were born - did you know that the CT scan showed that Mrs Chin would be giving birth to Singapore's very first and only quadruplets, but that doctors and the parents found out that they were quintuplets during their birth?

The show centres around the challenges that Mr and Mrs Chin faced taking care of the 5 children, who were born prematurely, as well as the children's experiences as quintuplets. Mrs Chin has written a book titled "Our Amazing Quins", detailing her and her family's unique journey and how they overcame their struggles. All proceeds go to the KK Women's and Children's Hospital Health Endowment Preemie Sub-Fund, should you be interested in purchasing it, do feel free to contact us or Mr Chin ( Chin H F Humphrey ).

If you missed the show last night, fret not, head to http://www.toggle.sg/en/series/the-5-show/ep1/317968 where you can watch it. The Chin family will also be on the first Meet My Family Season 3 episode on Channel 5 this Sunday, 4 Jan at 10.30pm. Be sure to catch them then!

The tenacity of the Chin family has inspired us greatly, and we send great encouragement to families of premature babies out there.

Join Chua Enlai and Yasminne Cheng in this daily weekday 'live' magazine show featuring topical stories and occassional studio guests from all walks of life. Singapore's first quintuplets is highlighted in tonight's debut episode.

IT WAS a nightmare decision for any pregnant woman to have to make. As Madam Ling Sor Eng prepared to give birth 12 weeks prematurely, doctors gave her a stark choice: If something went wrong, should they concentrate on saving her life or the baby’s? “My mind was a blank,” said the insurance agent.…

Every year, countries all over the world celebrate World Prematurity Day by lighting up a monument in purple, the international color of prematurity. This year, the Singapore Flyer management agreed to light the flyer in purple on the 16th and 17th of November to show their support for this wonderful cause. Thank you Singapore Flyer!
Here is a photo of our beautiful flyer from yesterday (: You can also check out this photo on the official World Prematurity Day page!
