Welcome to our SuperWorld!

Our COVID-19 vaccination centre at Hougang Community Club is now a paediatric vaccination centre!⁣⁣ To welcome the children who are visiting our vaccination centre, we have decorated the space with superhero stickers and signages to provide a stress-free and child-friendly environment. We have also factored in comfort for parents who are accompanying their children for their vaccination by setting up twin chairs for them to sit side by side.

Guess what went on during the morning of Christmas Eve? 😉🎄 ⁣

Getting our vaccination team all geared up to kick start the COVID-19 paediatric vaccination programme at Hougang Community Club on 27th December! ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
The team went through a full scale procedural dry run along with specialised support from the paediatric teams of KKH and NUH, as well as QSM and risk officers of MOH.⁣⁣⁣

What a gleeful morning we had at Toa Payoh West Community Club!

NTUC’s Deputy Secretary General Mr Chee Hong Tat, together with his team of volunteers from nEbO and Young NTUC, dropped by our vaccination centre and expressed appreciation towards our frontliners for their dedication towards the nation’s COVID-19 vaccination efforts.

Each frontliner was presented with snacks and a care pack, which includes handwritten cards to thank them for the care and love they rendered during the unprecedented times.

Health Minister Ong Ye Kung , had a walkthrough at one of our COVID-19 vaccination centre to preview the Super World we meticulously designed in support of the nation's COVID-19 paediatric vaccination⁣ efforts. ⁣⁣⁣

Vaccination remains central in our nation’s response against COVID-19. Our team will continue to work closely with Ministry of Health, Singapore to protect our children from COVID-19 with vaccination and getting the unvaccinated vaccinated. ⁣

As the famous saying goes, all good things must come to an end. These five months at Kolam Ayer Community Club have been a memorable experience, and we are thankful for our wonderful COVID warriors for their dedication to make this run a success.

30th September marks the last day of operations for our vaccination centre at Kolam Ayer Community Club (KACC). ⁣
⁣
Mr Tan Leong Boon, Director of Vaccination Operations Task Group, visited KACC to show appreciation to the team for the effort in supporting the nation’s vaccination program.

Our 5 months at KACC has proven to be a great learning experience, from set-up, through streamlining of operations, quick handling of any issues and ensuring the safety of all the staff and participants. Of course, all this will not be possible without the help of our partners IHiS and People's Association.

We are beyond thankful for being able to do our part in boosting the vaccination rate of the nation, and will continue to serve well at our other vaccination centres.
