🦷 More Accessible Dental Care & Greater Transparency for All Singaporeans

Starting 1 October 2025, enhanced financing support and new guidelines for CHAS dental procedures will take effect.

Here’s what you need to know:
✅CHAS Orange cardholders can enjoy up to $45.50 in subsidies for 10 preventive dental procedures, including scaling and polishing.

✅Subsidies for restorative treatments (e.g., root canals, dentures) will increase for Pioneer Generation, Merdeka Generation, and CHAS Blue/Orange cardholders.

✅From mid-2026, seniors aged 60+ can use Flexi-MediSave (up to $400/year) for root canals and permanent crowns at CHAS clinics and public institutions.

✅Fee benchmarks will be introduced for 18 common CHAS dental procedures, requiring clinics to display them clearly as a guide for informed decisions.
