this year didn’t just stretch me, it reshaped me.

i learnt how heavy it is to build something from nothing. i learnt what it feels like to keep going even when the numbers don’t make sense and the world says “choose something easier.”

but i also learnt how one message from a mum can pull me back from the edge. how a small team can carry something big with so much heart. how trust (yours, mine, ours) can build something worth staying for.

this isn’t goodbye 👇🏻

it’s a shift we’ve been preparing for.

for the longest time, i’ve been doing pick-ups myself. it wasn’t just logistics… it was the part of the work that grounded me. meeting you at the door, i see the tired eyes, and hearing the quick stories, all these moments quietly shaped how evolved.

so yes… handing this over wasn’t an easy decision.

but as our volume grows (and as our weather gets more unforgiving), our pick-ups will be done by temperature-controlled freezer trucks. 🚚❄️

we’ve personally gone down, checked the systems, inspected the workflows, and made sure the handover is something we can stand behind with confidence.

change isn’t always comfortable… but it can be the right thing. this one means better temperature control, better consistency, and better protection against singapore’s rising heat.

thank you for trusting us through every phase of growth.

Doing this right helps your milk stay as stable as possible.

If you have the volume written on each bag, you may tally the volume by consolidating your bags. Do add 1-2 bags for extra buffer as volume discrepancies are to be expected.

If you don’t have them written, you may use the weight method to prep, here’s a guideline you can follow:

1.5L ~ 1.6kg // 2L ~ 2.2kg

3L ~ 3.2kg // 4L ~ 4.2kg

6L ~ 6.4kg // 8L ~ 8.5kg

10L ~ 10.6kg // 12L ~ 12.8kg

The best time to freeze-dry your milk?

BEFORE lipase starts doing its magic behind your back. Some babies don’t mind it… others act like you switched brands on them without permission. 😂

(This is why some mums freeze-dry, it basically halts that whole lipase process.)

Most people think the updates stop once their milk is picked up… but that’s actually when the communication begins.

From the moment it reaches our facility, every bag is logged and checked, and you’ll receive an update once it’s safely stored. If we ever notice anything unusual or your volume falls short, we’ll reach out right away.

Traceability is a big part of what we do, and we take pride in keeping every mum informed.

3 tips to prepare your milk👇🏻😎

1️⃣ Keep your freezer steady.
Avoid opening or closing your freezer door too often before we arrive! Even a few minutes of temperature change can soften the surface of frozen milk bags. Keeping it sealed helps your milk stay rock solid and safe for transport.

2️⃣ Pack intentionally.
Group your milk bags in larger ziplock bags (around your ordered volume) with your name + order number written clearly. This helps us log and verify your collection quickly, without exposing your milk to room air for long.

3️⃣ Weigh or count ahead of time.
Double-check your total volume the night before. Setting it aside early means less last-minute stress and ensures a smoother handover for both of us.
