more than a decade ago, when i knew i wanted to be my own boss eventually, i made a promise to myself that i would never lead my company the conventional way.
that the people and culture will always be at the forefront of the business. i believe that people - team members, clients, business partners, are all crucial assets to a business.
with an unconventional thought, i ended up building something unconventional (what a match š¤Ŗ) and so was the hiring process.
iāve never seen their resumes, never fact checked any of their past jobs or whatsoever. i hired based on gut feel (lol yes really), based on their attitude towards life and work.
and that has worked out really well for me so far āŗļø truly proud of our team and letās achieve more together!!
