there’s so much pressure to “cherish every moment”.
but some moments are just…heavy.

you don’t have to love this season for it to matter.
you don’t have to enjoy it for it to count.

showing up even tired, even conflicted,
is still love.

cheering you on,
Jo 💕

Festive traffic changes more than schedules, it changes storage conditions too.

If frozen breast milk was the last thing on your festive prep list, this might be a good moment to think ahead.

Sometimes the most responsible response isn’t immediate reassurance.

It’s clarity.

Our role isn’t to promise results.
Our role is to help you understand the situation clearly, the decision you make is informed and grounded with long-term preservation.

After seeing how milk is actually frozen, moved, and checked, function was the only responsible choice.

We bet some of you never seen our old packaging before!

Feeling a-bit nostalgic when crafting this reel. So much gratitude for the mamas who supported us early on when freeze-drying was still very new in Singapore, and we were just starting out. You set such a high standard for the mamas who came after 💕
(wonder how big is your baby now?) and also Rynette from making an appearance at the end.

In the early weeks, your milk is still finding its rhythm.

As mums who’ve been there and with a team that works with breast milk every day we don’t rush you into big decisions before your body settles.

That experience was what pushed us to learn more, test properly, and understand what was actually happening. And along the way, other mums started sharing the same worries.
That’s how this became what it is today ❤️

When we think about 2025, it’s actually not the “work” that stands out most.

You don’t need to be a freeze-drying client to be part of this space.

Some of you we met only once, some never even sent milk but we still shared a moment this year.

If we crossed paths in 2025, thank you.
Really happy we met.

And we’ll see where next year takes us.

you don’t need to cry over spilled milk.
you just need to use it differently.

1️⃣ countertop spills
if the spill lands on a clean surface or clean baby clothing, use a clean washcloth to absorb it, then squeeze it straight into bathwater.

2️⃣ pump bottle residue
that thin milky film left behind? add a little clean water, cap it, keep it in the fridge, and use it for baby’s bath later that day.

3️⃣ pump parts rinse
rinse pump parts in a small basin (not under running water).
just like rice water, pour that final rinse into baby’s bath.

breast milk contains natural fats, proteins, and milk sugars that soften water and reduce dryness on skin.
the lipids help support the skin barrier, and lactic acid (a natural milk component) gently conditions the skin.

if your baby has eczema, broken skin, or sensitivities, always follow medical advice first 🤍

but for everyday baths?
sometimes it’s not about saving milk.
it’s about respecting every drop.
