Most people don’t realize this, but the way you breathe - especially during childhood - can literally shape your face.

When you breathe through your nose, your tongue rests on the roof of your mouth, gently guiding the growth of your jaw and midface. This supports a defined jawline, balanced cheeks, a straight nose, and a closed-lip posture. Mouth breathing, on the other hand, can lead to a longer face, weaker jaw, crowded teeth, and even posture changes.

Over time, it doesn’t just affect how you look - it can also influence how you sleep, focus, and feel. Supporting your breath with mouth tape and nasal strip is a small habit with a big impact.

🇸🇮 DIHANJE SKOZI NOS VS. DIHANJE SKOZI USTA 🌬️

Večina ljudi ne ve, da lahko način dihanja - še posebej v otroštvu - pravzaprav oblikuje obraz.

Ko dihamo skozi nos, naš jezik počiva ob nebu v ustih in nežno vodi rast čeljusti ter srednjega dela obraza. To podpira jasno čeljustno linijo, izrazite ličnice, raven nos in zaprt položaj ustnic.
