EndoCare+ Institute is a privately established medical and research organization based in Somalia, specializing in the prevention, treatment, and long-term management of diabetes, endocrine disorders, and other non-communicable diseases (NCDs). We operate across four core pillars:

• Research – generating local data to inform national and global strategies
• Education – training health professionals and raising public awareness
• Partnerships – working with universities, health systems, and international organizations to build sustainable solutions in Somalia
