Management of Snake Bite. ( sida loo daweeyo qaniyada bahalka):-
1.Complete bed rast
2.Nothing per oral (NPO)
3.Open IV channel and mantain it with inf.5% of DA 1000cc+ inf.5% DNS, 1500 cc IV 25 drops/min.
4.inj.Oradexon 1 amp IM stat
5.Inj.Phenargan 1amp IM stat.
6.inj.Tetanus Immunoglobulin(TIG). 1 vial IM stat.
7.if toxicity develop: inj.Anti snake venom serum 1 vial dissolved in 10cc distilled water and given IV very slowly after proper skin sensitivity.
8.Inj.Amoxycillin 1 vial IV stat and 3 times dially.
9.Please mantain inntake output chart.if hypersensitivity reaction of Anti-venom:
- Stop giving inj.Anti-snake venom serum
-inj. Adrenaline 1.5 cc stat.
-Inj.Hydrocortisone 1 vial stat.
