SWDEI Advocates for Inclusive Climate Justice in Brazil! 🌍
We are proud to announce the successful participation of our Chairwomen, Farhia Mohamud, at the international Climate Change Summit in Brazil.
The Message is Clear: Climate action is not truly effective unless it is inclusive. Persons with disabilities, especially women, and childrens are disproportionately impacted and must be central to all resilience and adaptation strategies.

> The Key Takeaways from the Summit:

Mandatory inclusion of Disabled Persons' Organizations (DPOs) in national planning.
Accessible information and early warning systems for all.
SWDEI is committed to bringing these global commitments home to ensure equitable climate policy in Somalia.
