5 WAYS TO KILL DIFFICULTIES IN YOUR LIFE

1. Accept the situation: Acknowledge the situation you are in and accept it. Denying or ignoring the problem won't make it go away. Acceptance helps you to remain calm and find a solution.

2. Focus on the solution: Instead of focusing on the problem, focus on finding a solution. If one solution doesn't work, try another until you find one that works.

3. Seek help: Don't be afraid to seek help. Talk to someone you trust, such as a friend, family member, or therapist. They can offer you support and advice.

4. Take care of yourself: Deal with stress by doing things you enjoy, such as exercising, meditating, or spending time in nature.

5. Learn from your experience: Every difficulty is an opportunity to learn. Reflect on what happened, what you learned, and how you can use this experience to become stronger and more resilient in the future.

😭😭😭It was yesterday in champalin academy school juba ; they story started for head master who was fired by student due this is bad reign and school mismanagement, they are complaints why was the master fired teacher for no reasonable and guilty at least this master may bring BACK their teachers.
So some hours later student riots in the school closed the fence and threw staff and teachers whose the asked to bring back their fired teachers 😠.
They master and staff ran into the house and closed it 😔.
They have tried to call the manager of school when he arrived everything is going on well no fighting again, The manger told students that he didn't hear that master fired their teachers,so he will confirm why they're fired !.
At the moment Manager leaves, the master starts calling the army bearau and asks them to beat those students 😭.
Students didn't mean anything they have already given joy when the manager gives them speech,
And when the army arrived they students stayed fighting again.
The throw army and beat them 😅 n those army started firing them till the shot 3 children 😭 .
1, in the head 😭 another one broke both two legs 😭 and another one is arm 😭💔💔.
All are now in the Court Justice n Let at pray for them and our country too 🔥🙏🏿😭.
