Q: What exactly are we Beta Testing?
We are Beta Testing a mobile application developed by Seek Medicine Co. Ltd called Pharmacy Suit.

Q: What is the Pharmacy Suit App?
Pharmacy Suit is an inventory management and online selling app designed specifically for pharmacies. It helps them manage their daily operations digitally in a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective way — all through a smartphone.

Q: Why does it run on smartphones instead of computers?
Not all pharmacies can afford PCs, printers, and complex setups. To make the system affordable and accessible, we designed Pharmacy Suit for smartphones. The app connects easily with thermal printers, solving the challenges of expensive hardware.
Note: If pharmacies request a desktop version in the future, our team is ready to develop it.

Q: Why conduct a Beta Test?
Before development, our team distributed questionnaires and collected feedback from pharmacies about the need for such a solution. Based on the data, we built the Pharmacy Suit App.

The Beta Test allows us to:

Install the app for participating pharmacies.

Provide training.

Give pharmacies time to use it in real-life operations.

Collect feedback on missing features, improvements, or additional needs.

After reviewing and implementing this feedback, we will proceed with the official launch of the final app.

Q: What’s next after Pharmacy Suit?
Our vision is to digitalize healthcare in South Sudan. This journey begins with pharmacies:

Connecting pharmacies with medicine distribution companies.

Eventually connecting patients directly with pharmacies.

Once a strong pharmacy network is established, we will launch the Seek Medicine App for patients, enabling easier access to medicines and healthcare services.

Seek Medicine was honored to participate in the Public-Private Partnership Stakeholders Mapping and Engagement Workshop held from 14th to 16th July 2025.

The workshop was organized by the Ministry of Health - Republic of South Sudan in partnership with Amref Health Africa, United Nations Development Programme - UNDP, and the World Health Organization (WHO) under the theme:
“Strengthening the Health Sector Across the Country for Better Outcomes.”

During the event, Seek Medicine was introduced as the first legally registered Tech/AI company in the country focused exclusively on the health sector. Our mission is to empower the healthcare system through innovative technology, artificial intelligence, and data-driven tools designed to solve real challenges and improve patient outcomes.

We are grateful to the Ministry of Health for recognizing our contribution by including our founder in the official discussion panel. This provided a valuable opportunity to share Seek Medicine’s vision, answer questions from stakeholders, and explore meaningful partnerships aimed at strengthening the health system.

We look forward to continued collaboration with all stakeholders working toward a smarter, more efficient, and more equitable healthcare future.
