THE 3 TYPES OF PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE..

1. The Leaf people
2. The Branch people
3. The Root people

LEAF PEOPLE:
These are people who come into your life just for a season. You can't depend on them because they are weak. They only come to take what they want, but if the wind comes they will leave.
You need to be careful of these people because they love you when things are okay, but when the wind comes they will leave you πŸ₯Ί

BRANCH PEOPLE:
They are strong, but you need to be careful with them too. They break away when life becomes tough and they can't handle too much weight. They may stay with you in some seasons, but they will go when it becomes harder 😒

ROOT PEOPLE: These people are very important because they don't do things to be seen. They are supportive even if you go through a difficult time they will water you and they are not moved by your position they just love you like that ...

It's not all people you meet or are your friends, that will stay with you.
Only the root type of people will stay no matter the season πŸ‘β˜ΊοΈ

Ode to my Va**na (From the Va**na Monologues)

My va**na is a house.
Mowed on the outside.
Wide as a barn door.
Some call it a safe house
Others, a mad house.
Because it has been a home
to thirsty travellers with
Itchy feet.
Hungry and harried men.
Men with no faces.
Homeless men.

My va**na is a house
Overlooking the hills
The road is slippery.
Accessible with
rubber boots.
Beguiling!
Beautiful at night.
Some call it a haunted house.
Because it has kept the
Conflicted hostage and allowed
willow men to check their
souls at the door.

My va**na is a house
A classical ruin
Movable and ambulatory
The dwelling place of peace.
A place of worship.
Communion space.
Many have sworn to Heaven
and seen the face of God
at the peak of ecstasy.
Some call it a temple.
Because it has restored
faith to the afflicted and
ignited the fire of a love lost.

My va**na is a house
A stone house
stinking of hopelessness.
Some call it a bulwark.
A home for soldiers
to drop their bombs,
and fire shots.
Just a fortified
building for heroes
to write history.

My va**na is a house
A fancy bed and breakfast.
Where fool's gold is mined.
Some call it a hotel.
Motel, maybe?
Brimming with art inside.
White linen, and warm showers.
A place for the spoiled,
And fancy to smoke and drown.
To tickle death.
To mock purgatory.

My va**na is a house.
Mowed on the outside.
Wide as a barn door.
Known to carry countries.
A nurturer.
Life giver.
Many men have called
it home.
It has been a home
to many.
Some betrothed.
Some, like an office
revolving door.

5 BENEFITS OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

1. Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence: Personal development encourages self-reflection and introspection, enabling individuals to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. By exploring their strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs, people can develop greater self-awareness. This enhanced self-awareness also fosters emotional intelligence, allowing individuals to recognize and manage their own emotions effectively, as well as understand and empathize with others.

2. Continuous Learning and Growth: Engaging in personal development means actively seeking new knowledge, skills, and experiences. It encourages a mindset of lifelong learning, promoting personal growth and development in various areas of life. By acquiring new knowledge and honing existing skills, individuals can expand their capabilities, boost their confidence, and open doors to new opportunities.

3. Goal Setting and Achievement: Personal development involves setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. By setting clear goals, individuals gain direction and focus in their lives. They can break down their goals into smaller, actionable steps, which helps them make progress and achieve their desired outcomes. Regularly setting and accomplishing goals boosts motivation, increases productivity, and enhances self-discipline.

4. Improved Relationships and Communication: Personal development encompasses interpersonal skills, such as effective communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and empathy. Developing these skills allows individuals to build stronger and healthier relationships with others, whether in personal or professional settings. Effective communication and empathy foster better understanding, collaboration, and harmony, leading to more fulfilling relationships and improved teamwork.

5. Increased Confidence and Resilience: Personal development helps individuals build confidence and resilience. As they gain new knowledge, skills, and experiences, they become more capable and competent, which boosts their self-confidence. Additionally, personal development encourages individuals to face challenges, embrace failures as opportunities for growth, and develop resilience in the face of setbacks. Increased confidence and resilience empower individuals to overcome obstacles, take risks, and pursue their goals with greater determination.
