when walls start closing up on you and you feel like you can not breathe, remember that you have been fighting the battle of life ever since you were born. every second, minute, hour, day, week, month and year, you have survived when others did not. You braved through the storm like the warrior that you are, fought each day like the general you were born to be and emerged victorious every time like the leader you were destined to become.

No one has ever had it easy, every person has their own obstacles to overcome. Their own demons to fight and their own path to walk on. Life was never meant to be easy nor was it meant to be hard. It was always meant to be lived and the best way to live it is by being unapologetically yourself and having faith in yourself. Challenges are never there to stop you but they are there to train you to be a better and stronger version of yourself.

Through mistakes we learn, each failure is a lesson and each lesson determines your next succeess. With every victory, your courage is rebuilt and your strength will be restored so that the next time you go to battle with life, you will be more than prepared. So when you fall, don't just stay down and give up, rather rise, pick up a harmer and tear down the walls that are blocking your path to succeess.

No one was born a failure neither was anyone born a loser, rather, it's the choices that we make as we grow that determines who we will become in the future. So when dust comes to play and all hope seems lost, what choice will you make?

Upon seeing the courage and power of stayng Annonymous we have come to accept the new path. Most people have stories so inspiring and encouraging but they don't share them cause of the spotlight that comes with it. Exercise to keep your body active and healthy. An active body means an awake and aware mind which means a mind that can deal with pressure without breaking completely down. So stay in the game and live positively ♥️♥️♥️😊😊😊

Another Successful Session we had. 💐💐💐👏👏👏

💙 Support Group Session
📍 Venue: Municipal Council Of Mbabane Sdvwashini Social Centre
📅 Date: 01 November 2025
🗣️ Topic: Love Relationships

Love — it can lift you, teach you, and sometimes break you. ❤️‍🩹
During our latest Unite Against Depression (UAD) Support Group Session, participants opened up about real experiences in love — from heartbreak and betrayal to healing and growth.

Here’s what we learned together 👇

💔 Personal Experiences:
• Many shared painful heartbreaks and betrayal stories — but also lessons in strength and self-worth.
• Heartbreak can hurt deeply, but it also helps us understand our value.

🤝 Expectations in Relationships:
• Respect, loyalty, and honesty are non-negotiable.
• Good communication is the key to resolving conflict peacefully.
• Support — emotionally, mentally, or financially — builds strong connections.
• Effort from both sides keeps love alive.

💞 Love Languages:
• Words of affirmation 💬
• Quality time ⏰
• Acts of service 🤲
• Gifts 🎁
• Physical and Emotional presence 🤝
Knowing your partner’s love language helps avoid misunderstandings and keeps love healthy.

🌸 Relationship Satisfaction:
• Some have found peace and fulfillment in love.
• Others are still searching — and that’s okay. Healing takes time.

💰 Money in Relationships:
• Many still believe men should provide financially as a sign of responsibility and love.
• The group agreed that love should be about teamwork, not pressure.

📱 Trust & Privacy:
• True trust doesn’t come from exchanging phones — it comes from honesty and openness.

🚫 Gender-Based Violence (GBV):
• Love should never hurt, control, or silence anyone.
• A healthy relationship is built on respect, equality, and safety. 💪

💬 A key takeaway:

> “Relationships are not about expectations — they’re about needs.”

At UAD, we believe that talking about love and relationships is also talking about mental health — because healthy love begins with a healthy mind. 💚

✨ We invite individuals, organisations, and supporters to join or partner with us in our weekly Support Group Sessions.
Let’s keep creating safe spaces for healing, learning, and growth — together. 🌿

Taking nothing away from the ladies but it's always exciting to see men taking charge of their wellbeing and even more satisfying seeing them considering their mental health wellness. Advocacy is for everyone, and it doesn't have a gender. Men and women have a right to take charge of their lives, equip themselves with relevant knowledge to sustain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Today let's chose the Kings 🤴 and celebrate 🥳 🎉 what they are doing for themselves and the community at large.
