Ugh its so hot here again! We reach temperatures around 20℃ (68 F) and I start to melt. Yes I am not a big fan of warm weather☀️😓 When it gets warm, I do the same thing as my Tanuki, seeking shadow XD⁠

Mermaid-ray! A good friend of mine loves rays so I drew a mermaid version. I must confess, I'm not a big mermaid fan, but I like this ray version. I saw it last year from someone in mer-may :D I think I like all kinds of variation which aren't the normal just a random fishtail versions idk they all have something nice and fresh to them. Anyway I hope you like it.

I am finished!! This drawing is a little bit a bigger deal than usual because I painted it not only in Adobe illustrator but also in Adobe Photoshop. This explains the slightly different drawing style with more soft shadows, I hope you don't hate it. I think I last painted freehand in photoshop about 3 years ago. so I was a little excited when I got to coloring (I did the outlines in illustrator, it was easier) but I'm very happy. if you want to see the rough creation, I posted a reel of the picture yesterday. So about the picture: I wanted to draw Mona from geshin impact in a chibistyle, it could have been a bit more chibi but is also my first chibi drawing so it's ok. I should play geshin impact again actually it's fun but uuuhhgg I have soooo many games XD well yeah. I had a lot of work with the picture so a like or a safe would be great :D⁠
