I had a fantastic conclusion to my academic services trip in Mongolia, organised by the Mongolian Tourism Association (MTA).

Today marked my final university visit, and it was a wonderful experience connecting with students and lecturers.
Over 100 students attended, and it was heartening to see so many young faces—these are the future developers of Mongolian tourism. "It was truly a joyful moment!"

As I approach the end of my international academic services trip, I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to share my insights on tourism with the youth in Mongolia. Over the course of my journey, I’ve engaged with students from eight universities, reaching around 500++ aspiring tourism students.
I've visited eight universities, including:
1. National University of Mongolia
2. University of Financial and Economics
3. University of Humanities
4. Mongolian University of Science and Technology
5. Mongolian University of Life Sciences
6. Mongolian University of Culture and Art
7. Otgontenger University
8. Global Leading University

The tourism youth represent the future of future of Mongolian tourism.

I’ve done my best to share my experiences—both good and challenging—with these students.

I believe that soon, they will take the reins, while those of us in senior roles may find ourselves in rocking chairs, watching them transform the tourism landscape in Mongolia and beyond.

I hope that the principles of wellness, balance, and harmony will guide them as they drive the tourism industry forward.

I’m grateful to have played a small part in their journey.

What we have changed in our socio-cultural circumstances, but I am grateful to see the authentic way of life up at the national park keep doing the opposite way, I wish we will encourage all of us to keep it sustain this way.
