😴 Sleep disorders: When you go to bed with an empty stomach, you will have a feeling of gnawing, difficulty sleeping, not sleeping deeply, affecting metabolism. If this situation occurs often, the body will not have enough time to regenerate energy, always in a state of fatigue and unable to concentrate on work the next day.
