Every logo, sticker, and pad placement is precisely marked using the Cobra spec before anything is applied.
The pad area is carefully sanded to ensure perfect bonding, while cutouts are mapped so glue stays exactly where it should keeping the finish clean and flawless.

Twin Fin | Behind the Build — Episode 3: Sanding & Spray.

After lamination, every board is fully sanded to remove excess epoxy and refine the surface. It then goes through another round of strict checks on rails and rocker before moving on to paint and pad installation.

Consistency is key.
By repeating the same process and quality controls on every board, we ensure each Twin Fin meets the exact same standard, clean finish, precise shape, and uncompromised quality.
