Twin Fin | Inside the production — Episode 5: Final QC & Packing.

We’re now at QC5, the final check before the boards are packed. Every detail is inspected, surface finish, cosmetic quality, fin fit making sure everything is exactly as it should be before it leaves the factory.

Each board is packed in a protective sock with cardboard reinforcements. We minimize plastic wherever possible, using paper tape and recyclable materials to reduce impact.

Final checks. Careful packing.
