Got knee pain? This exercise can help with that. Did you know that knee pain usually is caused by week links above or below it? This exercise can help you target the Glute Medialis - this is the middle section of your ðð.
Tips:
1. Keep your body flat on the ground in one line
2. Extend your leg and move it backwards before lifting it up.
3. Keep your toe pointing downwards at all times. Toes going upwards means hip activation and no glutes.
