Dear all ADCOD committee and Consultants, Representatives from ASEAN Health Cluster 1
Thank you for attending the 7th ADCOD in Bangkok, Thailand. I hope that you enjoyed the time in Bangkok and I apologized for any inconvenience.
a) The meeting was very fruitful we nearly finish our 15 ADCOD and after it is finalized we will publish this. I think our AHC-1 representatives will all satisfied with our ADCOD and will support us to endorse this in AHC-1 meeting soon. Thank you for Prof. David Koh and Dr. Alice Lai who help edit the previous 6th ADCOD version. We hope this 7th ADCOD will be our finalized version.
b) In this meeting we also introduced the NRH ASEAN application, this can load from Google play store and IOS. Please introduce this to the doctors in your country with our ADCOD. Now only Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Korea had load this application. Please feel free to ask me if there are any problem about this application. When you download the app. completely, please let me know who will be the admin of your country. c) We also talk about the ASEAN Curriculum for our Doctor and Nurse about the Occupational Diseases and our ADCOD, I hope this will be our next topic to be discuss in the next meeting.
Thank you for Prof. David Koh, Prof. Seong Kyu Kang and Prof. Malcolm Sim who always support us and gave useful suggestions in this Criteria Diagnosis. We need your help in the future especially for the ADCOD international curriculum for our ASEAN doctors and nurses.
Don't forget about your homework. In the meeting we asked for
1. The profile of training courses of occupational medicine to the doctor and occupational health to the nurses in your country. Is it a short courses or a long courses or a residency training? How many courses you have and the detail of the training course.
2. The occupational diseases statistic in each ASEAN country.
