Ruesi Dutton Position 3
Helps to relieve neck and shoulder discomfort.
Stand upright and grab your left wrist with your right hand. Both hands are behind your lower back. Take one step backwards with the right leg.
Bend the left knee forward. Inhale deeply while pulling the left hand to the right then hold and count to 3. Exhale slowly and return to the starting position. Alternate to the opposite side. Repeat again 3-5 times.
