Celebrating our little boy turning 2 in one of the most beautiful place on Earth 🏔️ I promised to step away from my routine to recharge and was fully present with my family. They are everything ❤️ So much gratitude for these moments and everyone who make this trip so special

This trip was a great reminder that our well-being is a constant balancing act. It’s been a much-needed reset for the entire family. More adventures to come✈️

Last Christmas, little Xing Le was just 3 months old. Now at 15 months, this Christmas feels even more magical as we see the wonder in Xing Le’s eyes while he discovers the season’s joy🎈🎅

Last month celebrated Xing Le’s 1st birthday at Japan 🇯🇵
It was our 1st trip there as a family & one of the memorable spots we visited was here at Nara Park 🦌 loved exploring the temples, feeding the deer, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere ✨

It’s awhile since I’ve shared my life update, and there’s a good reason for that: Life’s been a whirlwind 🌪️lately, keeping me on my toes😜

Becoming a dad to an amazing 8-month-old is the most rewarding (but honestly very time consuming!) experience ever 😅 On top of that, I’ve been busy delivering my services to my patients, optimizing my own home for my family, setting up my new center, managing a fantastic team, and embarking on my PhD (still in the early stages😬)

While my workouts haven’t been as frequent or intense as they used to be (Imagine it’s miserably only 3x a month with less than an hour each time 😭), and I’ve definitely lost muscle mass 😞

But that’s a sacrifice I need to go through for now. Despite no workout, no strict dietary🍽️ my internal health is still good thanks to Biohack and I am proud to achieve that naturally & practically (Swipe to see my proof 😁)

Here’s the thing: progress isn’t always linear in all areas of your life. Sometimes, life gets busy, and that’s okay! We work on whatever we can do.

June is my month to get back on track with more consistent workouts. It might be tough with everything going on, but I’m determined!🔥

But amidst the diaper changes and sleep deprivation, this dream has kept me going: Our very own *Nutritional & Functional Medicine practice in our office is finally coming to life!* 🌈

For over 3 years, I’ve poured my heart into helping many of my clients (& some of you reading this post) to achieve optimal health remotely 💙

Now, picture this: a space where my amazing team of nutritionists, health coaches, and even medical doctors can come together to serve you even better! 🙇🏻‍♂️

Our little bundle of joy at 6 months old 🎉👶

I can’t believe how much he has grown and changed in just half a year. Daily now he starts to crawl, roll over, sleeps 10 hours through the night & babbles. His 2 🦷 is out & his smile melts our heart every time 😀
