Today, in honor of Valentine's Day, Jeenal delivered an open lecture on the Yoga Psychology on Love and Relationships. 70 participants from all over the globe joined the Live class with Jeenal and described it as life-changing 90 mins of their lives!
In Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, methods are taught to control the turbulence of the mind and achieve peace and concentration. Among them, we can mention the attitudes of the four Parikarmas that we must cultivate: friendship with others, including in body expression; compassion and empathy for all living beings; joy at the success of others, do not envy; and conscious indifference (emotional withdrawal) towards those who can cause you suffering.

Hoje, em homenagem ao Dia dos Namorados, Jeenal apresentou uma palestra aberta sobre a Psicologia do Yoga no Amor e nos Relacionamentos.
Nos Yoga Sutras de Patanjali, são ensinados métodos para controlar a turbulência da mente e alcançar paz e concentração. Dentre eles, podemos citar as atitudes dos quatro Parikarmas que devemos cultivar: amizade perante os outros, inclusive na expressão corporal; compaixão e empatia por todos os seres vivos; alegria perante o sucesso dos outros, não inveja; e indiferença consciente (afastamento emocional) perante aqueles que podem te causar sofrimento.
