Why are we laughing so much??

Well after me saying baby heart might be a bit old now and is there a new one, my 2 lovely Korean students did half a heart to the face saying ‘this is the new one’

I turned to Tan, my Thai student and said ‘can you do this?, do you know this one?’

His reply: ‘of course I do, I’m Asian!’ And with that we all laughed so much! 🤣🤣

It is true, they are the leaders in cute hand gestures for photos!

As Halloween approaches, we’re invited to look beyond the costumes and candles — to remember that this season, in many cultures, is a sacred time of honouring, reflection, and connection.

It’s more than a night of sweets and costumes — it’s a reminder to slow down, honour our roots, and find peace in the dance between light and shadow.

A fabulous Vinyasa Hips class this morning at Grasshopper Yoga Studio, Luang Prabang!

The BOYS outnumbered the girls again today!

Guys: 62.5%
Girls: 37.5%

Whilst every person attending should be celebrated, I do feel super happy when we have a good representation of men in the class!

Another thing I love about teaching in a foreign country is the different nationalities!

5 students from S. Korea 🇰🇷
1 student from Canada 🇨🇦
1 student from Germany 🇩🇪
1 student from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

And of course, me from England!
