Now that the weather is HOT, some pools here in Chiang Mai are warm enough for water therapy. Why is warm water necessary? Receiving water therapy is physically passive (unlike swimming). Our bodies lose heat more easily and can be chilled. Feeling cold inhibits physical, mental and emotional relaxation and safety - all key ingredients for a meaningful water therapy experience. So, I hold my vision in my heart to build my own heated Himalayan Salt Water pool for year-round water therapy! Or partner with someone who already has a pool ready to transform into a pink crystalline water womb... 🌸 💕✨💦 💙🌌

Special moments with my Water Family at Pai Water Temple . Sunrise meditation with misty waters, receiving a nurturing flowing session from Teun, witnessed by Hester, and Frits' joyful presence before going to school. Each time I receive a water session, I learn so much. The more I learn, the more I have to give. Receiving is an essential ingredient to giving. Self love enables outward expression of love. No surprise there, as ultimately, we are All One. We are never alone.

Such an honor to connect with Mama and Baby in the water. We are water beings before we ever take a breath of air. We swim and float, be held and nourished. Water therapy gives us the opportunity to experience that same safety and freedom. I felt Baby dancing with joy in his/her private pool in her mama's belly as Mama also floated and glided in the water. Thank you Nik for these moments together. 💦❤️💧

"Water Magic with Abigail" is the name for my personal aquatic healing art practice that I have been studying and offering through my training with Flydeeper- Aquatic Healing Arts Academy (www.flydeeper.org) with founder and teacher Ofer Rosenthal since 2020.
