A Day at Wonderland Healing Centre ✨☀️
I usually wake up around 6:15 - 6:30am 🌅I get ready quietly, then step outside to make a herbal tea... I take a few moments to breathe, to ground, and head out for a 30minute walk to soak up the morning light. I call it my morning moving meditation: looking through the sky, listening to birdsong, breathing slowly.
From 8-9:30am, it’s morning yoga time, followed by a nourishing vegan breakfast.
11ish: another class or activity unfolds - today, a hike to a waterfall, surrounded by the jungle...🌴🥥
The afternoon brings a fabulous Thai massage at the centre, then time to truly unwind: a cold-water plunge, deep rest, and a chilled evening...
