It helped me to see my blindspots, societal conditioning, inner-child wounds, and childhood traumas that I carried out along the way. I see breathwork as a process of unlearning things that we were taught growing up. When I realized what I had carried from the past it allowed me to find my inner peace and create a meaningful life.

Lately, I’ve realized that the greatest climb isn’t through the jungle or up a peak, it’s the quiet journey inward. 🌿

That’s where the real transformation begins , through the breath, the Prana, the life force that sustains everything.

Every Friday from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM, I teach class at OneYoga, a sanctuary where we explore the foundations of Pranayama — learning to breathe deeply, live fully, and return home to ourselves.
