It all started one morning when I went with my friend Yael, to a little coffee shop on the island… That's where I met Shay Mashiach. There was an instant connection, as if we had known each other before.
Shay was here for a yoga training and shared that he taught and facilitated psychodrama, and was into Kabala and shamanism… I knew that I wanted to learn what he had to teach. He agreed to facilitate a few short psychodrama workshops during his lunch breaks if I could gather a group of interested people.
This is how it all started…
Our workshops gradually grew, and after an extraordinary three-week facilitator training in Koh Phangan, we decided to create an international modular training program for psychodrama, so more people could experience and benefit from this powerful work around the world.

Each of these modules offers a fascinating journey of self discovery and realization. Through encounters and group dynamics, we meet ourselves, our various patterns, behaviors and different voices, from new perspectives, in a very safe, accepting and guided space, allowing and inviting deep healing and change.
The feedbacks from our graduates have been incredible. The participants, myself included, express how deeply transformative and meaningful this work has been for all of us, and what an exceptional facilitator and teacher Shay Mashiach is, grateful for his mastery and guidance.
By the way, Yael, my beautiful friend I was with that morning at cookies, joined the first psychodrama workshop we did in Koh Phangan, and recently graduated the facilitator program. She is today a psychodrama therapist and facilitates groups :)
