My way of giving back.

Some years ago, I worked with the bodyguard of the Dalai Lama.
His Holiness once shared with him:

“When you pray, you talk to God.
When you meditate, you listen to God.”

Hearing this was encouraging.
And also grounding.
Because in deep meditation, much can be perceived — if we are listening.

When you meditate, ask yourself: Why?
What is the purpose?

Do you meditate to find rest after a long day?
To calm the mind?
To go outside of yourself and see something beyond?
Or do you meditate to go within - to hear what you usually don’t hear when you are fully awake and distracted?

People meditate for many reasons:
for peace, for balance, for healing, for awakening…
some even hope for enlightenment.

But be aware.
If you meditate to achieve something - ask yourself:
Is it the heart or the ego that wants it?

Because when the ego meditates to get somewhere, to become something, it will not happen.
What the mind wants is not always what the real you is ready to receive.

I am not busy with enlightenment.
I am more interested in understanding:

Why I feel what I feel.
Why I hear what I hear.
Why I see what I see.
Why I do what I do.

You know what the most beautiful part of meditation is?

That you can disconnect from all the sounds, movements, and sensations coming from outside of you - and suddenly, there is only what has always been inside you.
Nothing more.
Nothing less.
Just you, with yourself.

This is what meditation is for me:
to meet myself.
to listen.
to discover the parts of me that only the real “I” can show - the one that knows what I do not yet know.

Meditation doesn’t change who you are,
it helps you remember who you’ve always been.

With steady practice, the mind softens, the breath deepens, and the body remembers how to rest in awareness.
Anxiety fades into presence. Thoughts stop leading and start passing.

People often expect meditation to make them calm.
But what it truly gives is clarity.
From clarity, calm naturally appears.

Each time you return to stillness, your nervous system resets. Your heartbeat slows, hormones balance, and your whole system learns safety again.

Even a few minutes a day begin to shift everything.
More space between thoughts. More ease in your body.
More quiet confidence from within.

🪷 Metta means loving-kindness — and meditation is where it begins.

Healing can travel.

Remote Metta sessions let you rest at home while we work together with intention and presence.

You lie down, close your eyes, and I guide the field from a distance. Many describe warmth, soft waves through the body, or a quiet emotional release. What helps is a calm space, comfy clothes and a phone on silent.

After the session, give yourself a few minutes to sit, breathe, and notice what changed.

Have you ever wondered yourself how you can ground yourself in an energetic way that will have bigger influence on your whole being. With this exercise you work on your subtle body that influences your physical/ mental and emotional body. This exercise came to me as an insight during a meditation retreat.

Like the spiral of a seashell, our bodies mirror the patterns of our subconscious. Each turn reflects the layers of thoughts, memories, and emotions hidden within. The spiral represents the cyclical nature of our mind—returning to similar themes, yet gaining deeper understanding with each turn. Just as a seashell is shaped by the ocean, we are shaped by our subconscious. To know ourselves, we must dive into this spiral, embracing its journey.
