Meet Stormy, our beautiful mixed Husky with a heart full of love and energy. Rescued last year after spending two years confined to less than a meter of rope, Stormy has come a long way at Muttlands. Through dedicated rehabilitation, we've discovered her unique personality, preferences, and needs. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, and in great health.

Stormy is a bundle of energy who loves to run, play, and explore. She would make an excellent hiking companion and enjoys splashing around in the rain. While she gets along well with other dogs, she thrives when she's the center of attention.

Stormy's ideal home would have a large, secure garden and an active household with plenty of love and playtime. Though she may be a bit timid around men initially, she warms up quickly and becomes affectionate and loyal.

เดือนตุลาคมเป็นเดือนที่ยุ่งมากสำหรับ VetVan! เราจัดคลินิกทำหมันสุนัขขนาดใหญ่ทั้งหมด 5 ครั้ง ทำหมันและฉีดวัคซีนให้สุนัขรวม 676 ตัวทั่วจังหวัดระยอง ช่วยป้องกันลูกสุนัขที่ไม่พึงประสงค์นับไม่ถ้วน และหยุดความทุกข์ทรมานมากมายตั้งแต่ก่อนที่จะเกิดขึ้น

การผ่าตัดทุกครั้งหมายถึงสุนัขจรที่ต้องทนทุกข์ลดลง และทุกเดือนเราก็เข้าใกล้การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยั่งยืนมากขึ้น ภารกิจของเรายังคงเดินหน้าต่อไป!

ในเดือนตุลาคม ทีมจับสุนัขของเราจับสุนัขจรเพิ่มได้อีก 239 ตัว! โดยกว่า 98% เป็นสุนัขเพศเมียทั้งหมด 👏

หลายคนอาจไม่รู้เลยว่า กว่าที่จะจับหมาจรได้สักตัวเพื่อนำไปทำหมันนั้น ต้องใช้ความพยายามและความทุ่มเทมากแค่ไหน หมาหลายตัวระแวงมาก วิ่งเร็ว หรือซ่อนตัวเก่ง ต้องใช้เวลาหลายชั่วโมงกว่าจะจับได้อย่างปลอดภัย ทีมของเราทำงานแข่งกับความร้อน ความเหนื่อยล้า และเวลา เพื่อช่วยหมาให้ได้มากที่สุด

In October our dog catchers caught 239 more feral dogs! 98% of which were female 👏

What most people don’t see is just how much effort it takes to catch a single street dog for sterilisation. Many dogs are very wary, fast or great at hiding. It can take hours to safely catch just one! Our team works tirelessly, battling heat, exhaustion and time to help as many dogs as possible.

Huge respect and gratitude to our amazing team who give their all to this mission ❤️

Every dog we catch = a life forever changed and hundreds prevent from being born homeless.

ℹ️ การเตรียมสัตว์ก่อนการผ่าตัด ℹ️
🐾 เราไม่ได้ตรวจเลือดก่อนการผ่าตัดเนื่องจากมีจำนวนสัตว์ที่รับการผ่าตัดในแต่ละเดือนเป็นจำนวนมาก และ เราไม่มีทุนทรัพย์สำหรับการเจาะเลือด เจ้าของสามารถพาสัตว์เลี้ยงไปตรวจเลือดเองตามคลินิกสัตว์ที่สะดวกก่อนนำมาทำหมันกับเราเพื่อความปลอดภัยของสัตว์เลี้ยงท่าน
🐾 กรุณาตรวจสอบเหงือกของสัตว์ จะต้องเป็นสีชมพูสุขภาพดี (ไม่ขาวซีด), มีพฤติกรรมกินอาหารที่ปกติและไม่มีโรคแทรกซ้อนก่อนการผ่าตัด
🐾 สัตว์เลี้ยงของคุณต้องไม่มีอาการท้องเสีย อาเจียน หรือมีน้ำตาและน้ำมูกไหล
🐾 สัตว์เลี้ยงจะต้องงดอาหาร 8 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้ารับการผ่าตัด สามารถให้น้ำได้เล็กน้อย เพื่อป้องกันภาวะขาดน้ำ
🐾 โครงการไม่รับแม่สุนัขที่อยู่ในช่วงให้นมลูก รับเฉพาะตัวที่ไม่มีนมให้ลูกแล้วเท่านั้น หากเป็นลูกสนัขจะต้องอายุ 2 เดือน และต้องหย่านมแม่แล้วเท่านั้น

🐾 หลังการผ่าตัด จะต้องสังเกตการกินอาหารของสัตว์เลี้ยง ห้ามอาบน้ำหรือเล่นน้ำ ภายใน 7 วัน

- For stray cats and cats from low income families.
- For cats over 5 months old.
- No pregnant or nursing mother cats accepted (Make sure kittens are at least 2 months old and weaned before separating from mother.

- Our doctors are Rayongs most talented sterilision experts.
- Intrademal sulture (no stitches to remove).

ℹ️ Preparing animals for surgery ℹ️
🐾 Animals should be in good health.
🐾 We do not check blood before surgery due to the hundreds of animals we sterilise each month and lack of financial support. Owners may check blood at a local clinic days before bringing to us to sterilise, for the safety of their pet.
🐾 Please check the animals gums are pink (not pale white), eating well and in good health before surgery.
🐾 Ensure your pet does not have diarrhoea, vomiting or have eye or nose discharge/mucus.
🐾 Animals must not be fed 8 hours before surgery. Drinking small amounts of water is ok to avoid dehydration.
🐾 We do not accept mothers who are still breastfeeding. Babies should be 2 months old and not drinking mothers milks before being separated from their mothers.

ℹ️ Post surgery ℹ️
🐾 After surgery monitor animals appetite and refrain from playing in water or showering for 7 days.

พวกเราขอขอบคุณคุณเจ้นิดครับ อย่างมาก ที่สละเวลามาทำขนมจีนโฮมเมดแสนอร่อยให้กับทีมที่ทำงานกันอย่างหนัก อาหารอร่อยมาก และช่วยเติมพลังให้เราสู้ต่อไปตลอดทั้งวันที่ยุ่งสุด ๆ

ทุกมื้ออาหาร ของว่าง และ เครื่องดื่มที่แบ่งปันให้กับ ทีม มีความหมายกับเรามากจริง ๆ! มันช่วยให้เรามีกำลังทั้งกายและใจ ผ่านวันทำหมันที่ยาวนานกว่า 13-16 ชั่วโมงไปได้ ขอบคุณที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในภารกิจของเรานะคะ 🩵

We’re so thankful to Khun Nid for taking the time to cook homemade lunch for our hardworking team. The food was delicious and gave us just the lift we needed to keep pushing through a long, busy day.

Every meal, snack, and drink shared with the team means a lot! It keeps us going, body and heart, through our 13-16 hour spay days. Thank you for being part of the mission 🩵

เป็นอีกวันที่ทีม VetVan ทำงานเพื่อหยุดวงจรแห่งความทุกข์ของสุนัขจรในระยอง 🩵 คลินิกเต็มไปด้วยพลังจากทีมและชุมชน วันที่เหนื่อยแต่เต็มไปด้วยความหวังและความหมายจริง ๆ

Last Wednesday at our VetVan Clinic Map Kha, another 131 dogs were sterilised.

The VetVan team worked hard to stop the cycle of suffering for street dogs across Rayong 🩵 It was a long, rewarding day filled with teamwork and hope.
