"Lan is an angel. I honestly believe that I won’t be able to survive a very complex and hard surgery/recovery if it was not for Lan and her dedication to her clients/patients is undeniable. I had a PPV surgery with Dr Theerapong almost 6 monthes ago and today I am very satisfied about my outcomes and all the choices I made for myself, but more than everything, I feel grateful that the universe allowed me to meet Lan in Bangkok.
I went over there on my own, as I was facing a complex personal situation and from the beginning until the end, she has been a flawless coordinator, even more when we faced a complication due to my swellings.
She fulfilled every single need of mine, being very proactive and a careful listener, always looking for new improvements.
She stood with me and took great care of all the things that mattered during five exhausting weeks, I can't find enough words to explain the extraordinary woman and professional she is.
She chose the best people to work with, an amazing place to rest before and after surgery, it's a shame that I can't do mine a second time just to meet her again!

Breakfast for the patient this morning..

After the surgery, PPV and Colon technique, the patient is not allowed to have any food and drink at least a few days but IV drip, then start with sip the water, next day should be syrup, then the light meal before discharge.

At first week at a recovery place, we still need to serve the light meal (Porridge, scrambled eggs,..) after removing the stitches at the first following check up, it's okay for normal food the patient would like to have.

"From arriving in Thailand, the accommodation provided was incredible, with all the amenities that I could ever need (fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, personal cleaning kit, after care kit, back and knee support cushions for the bed to help with recovery, a large smart TV in every room with most streaming services provided.)

Even before surgery I was taken care of, with trips planned for every free day with Kana to help with translation and organising the day; along with pre planned trips any time I wanted to go somewhere or needed something it was always provided.

Food is easy to get delivered with the grab app and Lan can help with any problems.

Lan and Kana were delightful and made the whole procedure unregrettable regardless of the results.

While I had my parents with me, Lan still visited the hospital every day and stayed as long as she was able to help.

After leaving the hospital lan dealt with all the aftercare until I felt ready to take over as well as working around my schedule alling me to have a longer rest in the morning. She also organised transport to the clinic and was able to change appointments if needed.

I'm overjoyed with the care I received and couldn't imagine going though this whole process without the care and organization of the lune."
