Rahim ağzı kanseri vakalarının %99.7’si Human Papillomavirus (HPV) ile ilişkilidir.

🔬 Düzenli yapılan kontroller, erken tanı sayesinde hayati önem taşır.

Real Time PCR ve Yeni Nesil Dizileme (NGS) tabanlı testler, yüksek riskli HPV tiplerinin tespitini destekler. Bu testler, erken evrede enfeksiyonu veya risk oluşturan HPV genotiplerini saptayarak, zamanında aksiyon alınmasına ve önleyici/izleyici kararların bilimsel temele dayalı verilmesine olanak tanır.

HPV aşıları, yüksek riskli HPV tiplerine karşı güçlü bir koruma sağlar; ancak mevcut riskler, viral yük, genotip ve enfeksiyon geçmişi kişiden kişiye değiştiği için HPV DNA testi ve düzenli tarama her zaman önemlidir.

99.7% of cervical cancer cases are associated with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

🔬 Regular check-ups are vital for early diagnosis.

Real-time PCR and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) based tests support the detection of high-risk HPV types. These tests detect infection or risk-posing HPV genotypes in the early stages, allowing for timely action and scientifically based preventive/monitoring decisions.

HPV vaccines provide strong protection against high-risk HPV types; however, since existing risks, viral load, genotype, and infection history vary from person to person, HPV DNA testing and regular screening are always important.

27-30 Kasım tarihleri arasında gerçekleşen 3.Ulusal HematoOnkoGenetik Kongresi’nde yerimizi aldık.

Tıbbi genetik, tıbbi onkoloji ve hematoloji alanında bilgi ve deneyimlerin paylaşıldığı kongrede, değerli bilim insanları ile bir araya geldik.

19-23 Kasım tarihleri arasında gerçekleşen KLİMUD 8.Ulusal Klinik Mikrobiyoloji Kongresi’nde yerimizi aldık.

Mikrobiyoloji alanında yaşanan bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmeleri tartışmak üzere uzman konuşmacıların bir araya geldiği kongrede bilgi ve deneyimlerimizi paylaşma fırsatı bulduk.

We participated in the 8th National Clinical Microbiology Congress (KLİMUD), held between November 19-23.  At the congress, where expert speakers came together to discuss scientific and technological developments in the field of microbiology, we had the opportunity to share our knowledge and experiences.  Thank you for your great interest in our stand and your visits throughout the congress.

Pankreas kanseri, çoğu zaman erken dönemde belirti vermediği için geç evrede tanı konulmaktadır. Bu durum, erken farkındalığın ve risk takibinin önemini daha da artırmaktadır.

✨ Risk Faktörleri:

Sigara kullanımı

Aşırı kilolu veya obez bireylerde artan insülin direnci

Kronik pankreatit öyküsü

Diyabet (özellikle yeni başlayan tip 2 diyabet)

Aile öyküsü ve genetik yatkınlık (BRCA1/2, PALB2, CDKN2A, KRAS mutasyonları)

Günümüzde endoskopik ultrason (EUS), MRCP ve kan temelli biyobelirteç analizleri (CA19-9) erken tanıda önemli rol oynamaktadır.

Yüksek riskli bireylerde genetik test ve tarama programları önerilmektedir. Pankreas kanseriyle mücadelede en güçlü araç, zamanında fark etmektir.

Pancreatic cancer is often diagnosed at a late stage because it often presents no symptoms in the early stages. This further enhances the importance of early awareness and risk monitoring.

✨ Risk Factors:

Smoking

Increased insulin resistance in overweight or obese individuals

History of chronic pancreatitis

Diabetes (especially new-onset type 2 diabetes)

Family history and genetic predisposition (BRCA1/2, PALB2, CDKN2A, KRAS mutations)

Today, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), MRCP, and blood-based biomarker analyses (CA19-9) play an important role in early diagnosis.

Genetic testing and screening programs are recommended for high-risk individuals. The most powerful tool in the fight against pancreatic cancer is early detection.
