Hi all, this is a complex Brodie bite case: Cl II Division 2, bilateral scissors bite combined with severe deep bite, retroclined incisors with prominent roots, and + TMJD.
I began by correcting the mandibular canting and the curve of Spee in the lower arch, while using a stabilization splint on the maxilla to both obtain centric relation and disocclude the jaws during lower leveling and alignment.
