🍃Dişeti çekilmesi sebebiyle açığa çıkan kök yüzeyini bağ dokusu ile kombine koronale kaydırılan flep ile kapatıldı. Şöyle bir 10. gün fotoğrafıyla iyileşme sürecini keyifle takip ediyoruz.
🍃 The root surface exposed due to gingival recession was covered with a coronally advanced flap combined with connective tissue. We follow the healing process with pleasure with this 10th day photo.

🍃 🇬🇧Early detection saves lives! Unfortunately, it is not possible to talk about early diagnosis in this case. A patient who is quite late to consult a doctor. While we said goodbye to the teeth with a hopeless prognosis in our patient who presented with dense pus, displacement and forward opening of the teeth, bleeding, and, in short, intense inflammation in the acute stage, we said that the rest is ours and we applied a good initial treatment.

Dişetinin ince bir kAlınlığa sahip olduğunu ifade eden bu terim birçok periodontal problemin oluşumunda önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Oluşan problemlerin tedavi aşamasında ve tedavi sonrasında iyileşme sürecinde de oldukça etkilidir. Yapılan araştırmalar plağa bağlı enflamasyonun ince fenotipli bireylerde dişeti çekilmesine yol
açabileceğini ortaya koyarken, periodontal plastik cerrahi operasyonların başarısında da dişeti kalınlığının önem taşıdığını bildirmektedir.

This term, which expresses that the gingiva has a thin thickness, has an important effect on the formation of many periodontal problems. It is also very effective in the treatment phase of the problems and in the recovery process after the treatment. Studies have shown that plaque-related inflammation causes gingival recession in individuals with a thin phenotype and also states that gingival thickness is important in the success of periodontal plastic surgery operations.
