🎙️We have briefly answered the questions of when you can return to your normal life after a hair transplant and what you should pay attention to.☘️
🕒 When can you get back to normal life?
• Daily routine: 2–3 days
• Back to work: 3–5 days
• Light walking: Day 7
• Gym, swimming, sauna: 3–4 weeks
• Full results: 6–12 months

⚠️ What to watch out for?
• No touching or washing for 48 hours
• Sleep with your head elevated
• No scratching or friction for 10 days
• Avoid sun, sweat & dusty places for 2 weeks
• Follow your doctor’s wash & care routine
• Limit alcohol & smoking for faster healing

Itching is a normal condition that everyone faces after hair transplantation.🙋‍♂️
