Today, I’d like to share one of the most challenging and rewarding cases from my surgical practice.
My patient had previously undergone a robotic radical prostatectomy 2.5 years ago and was suffering from Peyronie’s disease, severe erectile dysfunction, a 60° dorsal curvature, and urinary incontinence.

In a single session, we performed a Master surgical reconstruction, combining several advanced techniques:
• AMS CX 700 series pe**le prosthesis implantation
• Pe**le length preservation using the MuST (Multiple Slit Technique) for Peyronie’s correction
• Mini-Jupette procedure to address post-prostatectomy incontinence

This complex case required a careful balance between functional restoration, anatomical reconstruction, and aesthetic outcome.
Thanks to precise planning and ex*****on, we achieved both pe**le straightening and continence control while maintaining pe**le length — an excellent functional and cosmetic result.

Such master-level surgery demonstrates the power of combining innovation with surgical experience to restore quality of life for our patients.

During the SMSNA 2025 (Sexual Medicine Society of North America) Annual Meeting in the United States, I had the pleasure of meeting with the Boston Scientific team to discuss the latest clinical and technological advancements in next-generation pe**le prosthesis pump systems, including the Tenacio™ pump technology.
Throughout the session, we exchanged insights on innovative design updates, surgical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and long-term clinical outcomes.
Boston’s thoughtful gesture of offering custom “Boston” cookies at their booth added a warm and personal touch to an otherwise highly scientific atmosphere.
Events like SMSNA 2025 remind us that true progress in medical innovation comes through collaboration and shared scientific vision.

My presentations focused on stem cell applications in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and Selective Dorsal Neurectomy (SDN) in the management of premature ej*******on

By discussing our clinical data and the latest literature , I highlighted the contributions of regenerative and surgical approaches to functional outcomes and patient satisfaction. This experience has been an important step toward knowledge exchange within the international scientific community and enhancing the global visibility of studies conducted in our country.

A remarkable surgical experience in my clinic: Pe**le curvature correction with the Egydio Technique

Today in my clinic, I successfully performed pe**le curvature (Peyronie’s disease) surgery using the Egydio Technique, in combination with the Boston Scientific AMS 700 CX implant.
This model provides excellent rigidity and controlled girth expansion, achieving outstanding functional and aesthetic outcomes.

The Egydio Technique allows safe correction of curvature while preserving pe**le function — a modern and effective surgical approach that enhances both satisfaction and quality of life.

This procedure represented a wonderful collaboration of science, surgical expertise, and innovation.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Boston Scientific Türkiye for their invaluable support and excellent partnership.
