***Chairman Statement* **

As per the board members meeting held this week, the chairman has made an official statement which has been released on the Week Business Magazine:

"The group has now reached a level where we have to study and estimate our next diversity. We have stood in a solid ground during this pandemic over the last year and half. The group has made a total net profit of 2.3 million USD over the last year, where new opportunities have been exposed to the group.

Over this existing year and the following year, we have set our plans and targets with well studied expandable plans and diversities. We will be expanding both vertically and horizontally. Our defence and security business is well established now and we provided the local market with an extraordinary technologies with high quality and compatible prices. We made a successful year so far but we are looking for even a better market share and a better presence. If we talk about healthcare, we have been away for years and this pandemic has taught us to be ready to compete at anytime and provide our services upon demand.

However, we had this thought not to expand in retail business, and this was because of our limited resources and to reduce the exposure of any risk. Now I can say frankly that we are entering and expanding in the retail business widely with new investors whom have the know how and have a strong existence in the retail business. Over the next few days, we will announce a huge co-operation to enter and expand widely in the retail business, specifically in the online trading where we target to accommodate us with the current local and global changes. We will start our retail business where we will be contracting with media and marketing agencies as well as huge distribution channels.

Further we are about to announce shortly of our expansion in the tourism industry with our KSA partners to introduce new touristic hotels concept in the beautiful Greek Islands to meet the expected growing demand in the tourism field after this pandemic is over. We believe that the demand for tourism will explode and reach its peak after the pandemic is being well controlled. Therefore we set our targets of introducing new concept of hotels with entertainment that will meet the satisfaction of the Greek Islands visitors.

I would like to thank lots of people starting from my staff and my partners whom have believed in what we could achieve. It was never easy and we failed so many times but we kept our faith and determinations. We started the group with only two persons and we are now a family of over 45 dedicated persons. I remember our first year we made a huge loss as the following three years. However, we knew we will reach our point where we will have the enough resources to attract the investors and attract the talented employees.

The only thing I can think about right now is to focus in the coming year which will put us in a very different position over years to come.

أود أن أشكر الكثير من الأشخاص بدءًا من الموظفين الذين أعمل معهم وشركائي الذين آمنوا بما يمكننا تحقيقه. لم يكن الأمر سهلاً أبدًا وفشلنا مرات عديدة لكننا حافظنا على إيماننا وعزمنا. بدأنا المجموعة بشخصين فقط ونحن الآن عائلة مكونة من أكثر من 45 شخصًا متفانيًا. أتذكر عامنا الأول الذي حققنا فيه خسارة فادحة في السنوات الثلاث التالية. ومع ذلك ، علمنا أننا سنصل إلى النقطة التي سيكون لدينا فيها الموارد الكافية لجذب المستثمرين وجذب الموظفين الموهوبين.

الشيء الوحيد الذي يمكنني التفكير فيه الآن هو التركيز في العام المقبل والذي سيضعنا في وضع مختلف للغاية على مدى السنوات القادمة.
