Rooted in the Gardens is an outdoor grounding experience designed to reconnect you to your body, breath, and the natural world.
Through gentle movement, barefoot grounding, and tree-gazing meditation, you’ll slow down your nervous system, regulate your breath, and restore a sense of inner steadiness.
Practicing in nature deepens presence, supports emotional balance, and invites clarity and calm.
This session is perfect if you:
• Feel overstimulated or disconnected
• Want to reset your nervous system naturally
• Crave movement without intensity
• Desire quiet connection to yourself and the earth
The session is 60-75 mins long and then we can relax, connect with a picnic! Feel free to walk with a light picnic item and join in the energy of our community!
