H.E.R.O.E.S started initially in pre hospital care with the provision of medical staff and ambulance services. We are also train persons in First Aid where they are internationally certified. We have now incorporated massage therapy along with pre hospital care. We provide these services at your corporate events - sports day, wellness days, customer appreciation, safety events, fetes etc as well as personal events for your baby showers, pamper parties, bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, house parties or any other occasion.. In regards to the Safety and Environmental services we confer with our clients to provide the service that they need..

We also conduct various training programmes for example - First Aid where they are internationally certified. Other training involves massage therapy; medical responder and even in house safety training.
