1. Aspirin Advantage, can lower your risk of heart attack.
2. Slim down, the more you weigh the greater the risk and complication from high blood sugar.
3. Low fat diet, keeps cholesterol and blood fat in the normal range.
4. Keep bad cholesterol 45mg/dl for diabetic men and 55mg/dl for diabetic women.
