🗣️ REAL TALK — My Journey, My Truth!

There was a time I hated mirrors, photos, outings… even birthdays. Why? Because for 6 whole years, I lived in a body that didn’t feel like mine — constantly bloated, looking pregnant 365 days a year, stuck at 169.9 lbs, low energy, and no motivation.

⚠️ I was silently battling PCOS, asthma, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, hair loss, breakouts, and worst of all — I lost me. I was angry, depressed, tired of pretending.

Then came 2021. A scary asthma diagnosis during COVID hit HARD — and it was my wake-up call. I joined a 15-Day Transformation Challenge on August 30th, 2021, and started using Herbalife products consistently.

✅ In just 15 days, I was down 3.5 lbs
