As entrepreneurs, it is so easy to fall into the trap of not taking care of yourself in order to ensure the work gets done. The catch is, however, that the lack of prioritization of self bleeds over into the work and can impact the quality! As we celebrate World Mental Health Day, we encourage you to do what you need to, to ensure your mental health is your top priority!
