✨Today we attended the Caribbean Dermatology Conference✨

As fellow professionals in the aesthetic dermatology field we continue to learn, be empowered and build camaraderie. We are never going to STOP! Today the topics were PRP & Microneedling, Treatment of acne scarring using lasers and other devices and treatment of keloids! Our Matrix (microneedling & RF) got an amazing feature we are SO proud of the great technology we have.

We are in the business of making people look and feel beautiful and we love bringing you the latest and best research and information. We travel the world to get the most cutting edge information but we were so lucky to have had this right in our backyard today!

We love meeting colleagues because when we need to refer we value our dear dermatology, plastic surgery or ophthalmology colleagues so the patient can get the most expert care possible.

We felt so proud to see some of our amazing vendors there such as Isladerm, Hydrafacial & Candela! We are so proud to have some of the best in class at Relax Med.

P A R A M I N • S K Y 🇹🇹

I ended off the busy summer holidays with a quick getaway with my hubby to pause and reset. As all of you know life can be on 2X on a regular daily basis! It’s like we are always on full speed 😅

The most amazing creativity and ideas come to life when we just get to switch off our survival brains for a while and get to sit with all the dreams and visions we have. Not just that, but maybe your marriage needs some time away ❤️ For me, I needed to slowwww right down and allow myself to just hear what God was saying to me in this season without a single distraction.

Paramin Sky, is a hidden gem in our country that is honestly world class 🌎. Sitting in the glass living room/ bedroom allows you to experience nature 🍃with the buzzing humming birds and drizzling rain. At one point we got engulfed in a cloud ☁️ and then moments later experienced the most explosive sunset 🌅. We took our own prepped meals and really just enjoyed the simplicity of a bubble bath 🛀 and a good book 📕

It was such an incredible experience I felt that I wanted to share it with my community and encourage you to step away from the daily grind, book the staycation and revisit your why.
