In October of every year we honour mothers, and fathers who hold their babies in their hearts.

Pregnancy and infant loss awareness is understanding that both parents grieve after a miscarriage.

It is important to understand that BOTH partners will need support and care following a miscarriage or loss.

A common misconception is that the earlier the loss in the pregnancy, the less grief will be experienced. Regardless of whether a loss occurs at 20 weeks or after a failed IVF cycle, every person who experiences a loss after trying to become a parent deserves to have their grief validated, and the care and support that they need.
