Pilates with Shiv!
Have you tried pilates yet? Wow what a workout, I was soaked with sweat and my body feels stronger( everytime) and ALIVE!
I had so much fun today, it's amazing how your body feels after engaging with these series of movement. the breath does the all the work and ofc a great instructor makes you do the work right ! Thanks and
