What is ‘Anugraha’? You may be wondering what ‘Anugraha’ means. This is a Sanskrit word with many meanings but the words which speak to me the most are ‘grace’ and ‘support’. Anugraha is that grace which is achieved through our own experiences; which supports us as we move through our everyday lives. At Anugraha Yoga we create the space for your experiences to happen.

I was invited to write a guest post for Savira Gupta's Substack: Living Yoga Journal

Savira has been teaching yoga for over 2 decades, and has travelled and trained teachers around the globe. On her platform she shares reflections, insights, and observations that arise as she navigates the yoga world and its many complexities.

In my post I share about the evolution of my practice and what our practice can look like.

Please read and share if this resonates with you.

🔸Slow your pace 🔸Shift your perspective 🔸See what emerges

Gareth and I will be co-facilitating an afternoon retreat on Sunday 29th March at

While we've both facilitated events and workshops, and supported each other in doing so, this will be our first collaborative retreat blending our skills and expertise.

"Perspective: a way of seeing" is an invitation to explore perspective through the lens of yoga and photography.

This is neither a yoga class nor a technical introduction on how to use your camera but an opportunity to explore how shifts in breath, body, attention and pace can change how we see and experience the world around us.

For more information or to book your spot please send a WhatsApp message to Renee at 744-8161.

Be more than 'okay'.

Join me, in person, for this 4-class yoga series for those with back concerns or those wanting to prevent back concerns.

Classes begin Thursday 22nd January and end on the 12th February - in time for the long weekend of Valentine's Day and Carnival.

Are you ready for the week? Whenever you see this I invite you to pause, and take three breaths with me.

This video has no sound and that is intentional. Tune in to the sound of your breath.

Observe how your breath flows as it leaves the body. Notice how the breath enters the body.

Build the awareness of how you feel - in body, heart, mind, and spirit - when you pause for three breaths.

Blessings for a peaceful week ✨

Abhyāsa: this word has many definitions but when we think of it in relation to yoga we can define it as 'practice'.

Consistent practice.

In the translation and commentary of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Sri Swami Satchidananda, sutra 1.14 is translated as follows: "Practice becomes firmly grounded when well attended to for a long time, without break and in all earnestness."

As we move into this new year let us contemplate the attention we give to our yoga practice.
🔸How much time do we give to practice?
🔸How continuous is our practice?
🔸How earnest are we in our practice?

I go deeper into this on my blog, feel free to check it out at AnugrahaYogaTT.com/blog

Practice, practice, practice!

What do you think of when you see or hear the word "blossom"?

For me it is a becoming, a beautiful opening, growing, and flourishing.

This is the energy of this programme. Four modules that build on each other. 4 retreats to meet, learn, and share. 3 zoom calls to work on our material. Fortnightly journaling prompts for us to reflect on.

A powerful way to start 2026. Will you commit to your growth and blossoming?

Registration ends Wednesday 14th January.

Message me at 744-8161 for info.
