✨Oh, how I wish I took a photo of them when they first did it. When they doubted themselves. 🤨

✨This photo was taken after I made the necessary corrections / adjustments on each person. Along with a word of encouragement and explaining which muscle needed to be used. This is why I always say, practicing proper technique is crucial. The outcome is different. 😉 👊🏽
